I posted a review noting my dissatisfaction with the repair of a pair of earrings. I immediately heard from On Time, and they offered to take the earrings and repair them properly. To simplify communication, I took them to their main location in Burnaby, spoke to them directly, and already have the earrings back, properly repaired. The workmanship is excellent and I am very pleased with the polite service and excellent job now done. Thank you so much for fixing these!

J’ai fait affaire dans cette bijouterie en ne sachant pas trop dans quoi je me lançais avec mon projet de bague sur mesure et à mon goût. Globalement, j’ai fait affaire avec Marc et je suis satisfaite du résultat obtenu. Bien qu’il y ait eu quelques embûches niveau rendez-vous dû à des problèmes personnels et un achalandage élevé de la boutique, la bague a été livrée dans les temps discutés, ce que j’ai apprécié. Prix global quelque peu plus élevé que le budget initialement convenu, mais le tout en valait la peine. Je recommande

I came to the Repair Centre with a broken earring that I was hoping to get fixed. The staff member who saw me kindly looked at it immediately and fixed it on the spot! He explained that it was such a minor fix that he felt bad for charging me and insisted that I didn't pay for it, despite my offer to do so otherwise. I was really touched by his warm and generous service and also very satisfied with my now fixed earring! I will highly recommend Repair Centre to my friends and family and will continue to go there from now on for all of my repair needs. Thank you Repair Centre :)

First time I've used them, albeit for a relatively simple watch job.Staff/Owners were really friendly and eager to help. They did the job there & then and gave me excellent advice for future reference, all at a really affordable price. I would definitely use again in the future. Thanks
